What do you do for a living?

Spent the last 10 years as a contruction Cost / Contract management consultant which can be as dull as it sounds; so packed it in and started a small car dealership
Spent a fair bit of the last decade working in my same PMO role for a 'Built Asset Consultancy' (EC Harris/Arcadis) on projects in Dubai, St Pancras, and the less glamorous Heathrow T5 - also for the same company doing projects in facilities management and supplier portfolio optimisation.

Just started my 5th year of a 10 year project at a big pharma company in Brentford.

Incredible range of professions but intriguing that we don't seem to have any lawyers, doctors or police officers.

Or maybe they simply stay in the background?

Contract software engineer. Should have retired years ago, but I find the job interesting (in parts), and the money's OK, too.

I'm a vet in the south west. Deal with large and small animals but have a special interest in small animal surgery.
So i reckon if you can do for a living what essentially is your hobby then youve cracked it in life -i'm guessing that's the case for a lot of vets but probably very few human doctors .

Team Manager at Sky Broadcasting in Osterley, West London. We transmit the Sky television programs you watch at home, anything from Premiership Football to F1. Basically I watch TV for a living!

Retired about six years ago. I was President of an Architectural/Engineering firm. Licensed architect by trade.

Bought my Z4 as part of my retirement treat. :D
