Well, we decided that we needed another car - three between the two of us, getting as bad as PVR :roll:
The intent was to but something small and nippy for around town but with enough space, that if I needed to use the X3 to go somewhere out-of-area, Cindy could use it and be able to fit all her nursing gear in the back....
We went out yesterday with the intent of test driving a few small cars, went to the smart dealers and test drove a couple of ForTwos (the 90hp turbo-charged 900cc with DSG box being the best), and also had a look at the small VWs (UP & Polo), Fords (KA /Fiesta), the Mazda 2 etc. and came to the conclusion that a new smart ForTwo Prime Sport turbo specced up with other bits of kit would fit the bill...
However.... I had a nagging thought that it would be a bit limited in what it could actually do so today, after visiting my mother, we popped into a dealership just along the road from her to look at some other options and ended up test driving and buying a car that Cindy & I would have sworn on a stack of bibles yea-high that we'd never even contemplate owning... People on meets have probably heard me expressing my disdain for them...
For a bit of fun, would anyone like to hazard a guess?
