Weak windscreen washers?

The fluid level is full but when I apply the washers there's a delay and then it comes out in a bit of a dribble as it were

Can't see any leaks under the bonnet - it is likely to be that the jets are partially blocked or a problem with the pump?

had this problem with mine. if you remove the washer bottle from the car, then remove the washer motors and you will find the black rubbers the washer motors slot into are also filters. if you remove and clean these filters (usually a jelly type substance) and then rebuild they should then work well.
