I have trouble accepting that alcoholism is a disease, but this makes me reconsider. Some sort of mental defect causing excess consumption is the only plausible explanation. Is mental defect a disease? I don't know, but it's certainly abnormal. And sad.

As already stated, there's a feeder.Once they get bedridden, the only way they can continue to stuff their fat faces is by someone buying and preparing their many daily meals. If the food gets switched off, they should lose weight. The get that fat cos someone wants them to be that fat.Look at the carer and then point the finger.
