I always buy Armani caus they are fairly cheap and doesnt matter if I bash them get a new one at Christmas time.

Although A Tag or Breitling would be my preference

For the day

this beast is what i take into the field with me, never let me down, wakes me up when its my turn on sentry, lights up for when you want to know how long to go on sentry, and also tell you how long till its someone elses turn on sentry
as endorsed by many armed forces personnel, except pilots who use brietlings

IWC Pilot's Chronograph. One of the few things I've purchased in the last few years that has actually gone up in value :)

I know, My Tag Monaco has virtually doubled in value from what I paid. :D

I want to add to my collection with a speedmaster and or a daytona but unfortunately not got the £££ ATM

I tried on a women's Breitling last time when I flew out of Heathrow not too long ago. I didn't know women's Breitlings existed. Was a bit too big for me though. I love Terminal 5 for watch trying.

I don't doubt some of these are very expensive and quality timepieces, but some of them are god awful fugly.
I wouldn't buy them if they were £2.99 let alone £2.99k.
Like they say ....money doesn't guarantee taste.

PS...... if you are thinking "is he referring to mine?" then that question means you're probably right

I'm down to one, an IWC Portuguese... too good for everyday though.

My Tag, Breitling and Rolex each went to my boys as they reached 18. Great to now see them enjoying them now.

Lucky lady!! Majority of women I know are not bothered about watches. I lived in Switzerland once for 2 years so it's a different story for me.

I've never been a fan of Breitling. I think they are fussy and dare I say it, too bling? <ducks for cover>

I tend to agree, I think there are 3 camps in this watch category; Tag, Omega and Breitling. Most people stick with one possibly two but never all 3. Obviously there are also Rolex aficionados but I would place them in the next ££££ category.

Personally I'm not a fan, for that exact reason, too bling and shiny.

All of the watches posted are quite tame compared to the average bling that hangs of a premiership footballer's arm or their WAGs.

But then that's not surprising given what they do to their cars ...
