Watches

Breitling Colt my one and only watch.

:driving:

Will get another when I get my pay rise next year, a Breitling Naviimer 01 and maybe an Omega Speedmaster Man on the Moon watch as well'

:)

Adore watches in my collecting at the moment are.....

Stainless steel Rolex Daytona black face.
Bimetal Rolex submariner blue face.
Cartier Santos 100 XL croc strap (wearing as I write this!)
Tag Heuer formula 1 every day watch that I don't wear every day.
Had and sold a breitling navitimer and IWC Portuguese.

In the market for a stainless submariner if anyone has one for sale pm me.

Would love a hublot big bang but they are over priced in my opinion and don't hold their money as well as Rolex!

Incidentally I can get 20% off most high end brands if anyone is looking at buying. Brand new from a reputable jewellers as he is a client of mine and good friend.

I never used to wear a watch, brought a dkny one last year and then a micheal kors one. Nothing fancy as I wear it for work & wont get a shock when sparks fly

I do like my gold watches though. Only problem is I have big wrists for a lady so they don't look as elegant as they should.

Yep, like me watches but haven't succumbed for a while

Used to collect Rolexes. Had a few at one time; Steel 1970s Air King, Steel Datejust and a very nice old Day Date. Stupidly decided to chop them all in for Steel Submariner. Had three separate occasions (twice on holiday, once in London), when someone tried to prise it off my wrist. Much too obvious a target in hindsight....

So, sold it on before someone actually managed to take it! Bought a Jaeger Le Coultre Master Geographic instead. Nice and understated. No pics I'm afraid as it off being serviced. Costs as much as the car..... :headbang:

Got a hankering for something sporty to go with it. Perhaps a Heuer Carrera or an Omega Speedmaster....

I have a Rolex and very soon want to get an Omega constellation with diamonds. Sounds a bit bling but looks very classy and delicate. I think for any person who has a nice car a nice watch is essential. Known a few people in the past with lovely cars but rubbish watches and it doesn't seem right at all. Better no watch. But then I lived in Zurich once, so I may be a bit particular. Just my personal view.

Omega Seamaster for me.
Always wanted one and was lucky enough to get one lat year :)

For me a watch is to be worn, and i wear mine everyday.
Think i would only look for another Omega if i were to change

i don't wear a watch these days but my preference was always casio, £9.99 and i can go deep see diving too

This is the watch i bought for the other half last xmas, and it is one of the few things that i have bought her that she actually likes.

some very nice timepieces here folks  very nice indeed .
i was struggling to justify looking at a third watch thinking it was greed but after viewing this post i will be a mere beginner :)

my everyday watch for the last 4 yrs is a tag 2000 sport ( stood up to life on building sites no problem)
then bought for my 40th a breitling aerospace http://www.amazon.com/Breitling-Aerospace-Avantage-E7936210-C673/dp/B000EYKOZS/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_t not fell out with it so don't want to sell or trade for next watch which can makes things hard to justify
but been looking at the Ebel discovery chrono http://www.amazon.com/Ebel-9750L62-53B60-Discovery-Chronograph/dp/B00542NF5G/ref=sr_1_1?s=watches&ie=UTF8&qid=1343581044&sr=1-1&keywords=ebel+chrono

just daren't so soon after the Zed or mrs wilks will torch me :D
