Watches

Oooh I love watches....although I've never had enough cash to buy the one I really want :(

I currently wear a 1978 Seiko 6309 automatic.

I'm also looking at purchasing a Tag Monaco or a Rolex Submariner soon if finances allow!

I am rolling with a Sunto Core these days and i love it... not a fancy watch but does the job and withstands alot of abuse

As a bit of a Watch pervert, I was excited to see this post. I am a big Breitling fan, I own a Colt in stainless with a limited edition bracelet which is my daily wear. I also have three Tags, a Formula 1 (2007 model) a 2000 series which are becoming rare now and a Kirium which I never wear. I have a 2008 Omega De ville hour vision in 18ct which is my 'only on special occasions' watch and a Patek Phillipe calatrava which I inherited a few years ago. Love nice quality watches.

Today, I am test driving a Cartier Roadster in chrome finish. Fantastic 30's motoring inspired watch.I will probably do my usual thing of go back to try it on about four or five times before I talk the other half round to letting me commit to it. here's a link, totally down to personal taste of course, as with all watches.

Had a Breitling something or other shadow flyback with mother of pearl face and 18ct two tone strap and on the dial.Love it,wear it every day, every time I look at it I'm so happy that I own such a lovely piece of engineering.Makes me smile every day.Not bad after 8 years of daily use. Thanks to my lovely wife for buying it for me. :D

I don't wear a watch... :)
Me neither, I don't "get" watches at all.

I don't wear a watch also, could afford a good one but I think they are a bit 'Delboy'

I know - was just a blast from the past. They don't seem to be as fashionable as they used to :P

I love to look at nice watches but the ones I like are always way more than I could ever pay. This thread needs more pictures, models mean nothing to my naked wrists.

Omega Speedmaster "Legend" has Michael Schumacher's F1 records before he returned to F1 this season.

Omega Seamaster. The same model in GoldenEye.

Well here is one of my Brietling Navitimer..... and hairy wrist

That's more like it - very nice. Take me a while to read the time with all the dials though!

Just bought my second Breil watch - 'luxury' (so-called) Seiko brand - I love em! Not that well known in the UK.

Ferrari watch is worth £260,000. I will buy a real Ferrari instead.
