Watches

Nope, not loaded, just bleedin' OLD..... :D
Too true !!!
And isn't it funny, you get old and what do you spend your money on...? Yep, the one thing you DON'T want to be looking at all day!! :)

I rotate usually weekly.

Today I'm wearing my U-Boat FlighDeck Carbon Fiber

Last Week was my Movado with the kevlar strap

But my pride and joy is my vintage Sinn 142, the watch that works in outer space. :P

No it isn't....you have to know what time to take your pills and when to pee....

Just kidding, I wear mine all the time 'coz I hate setting the time if it runs down....self winder and I'm too cheap to buy an autoself winder gadget. :D

For the record, I love G-Shock watches.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned a Panerai. I think they are beautiful time pieces. If you have a spare $10,000 lying around you should consider one. :D

Mine's a Chanel J12. Don't think it's left my wrist for 3 years! I love it and will be wearing it for years to come.

Rolex 'Deep Sea', Hublot 'Big Bang' and my 30 year old favourite Rolex GMT Master.

I have a Brietling Navitimer... absolutely love it comes second only to my car in my favourite things... goes something like this:

1. Car
2. Watch
3. Bike
4. Snowboard
5. Wife

My everyday watch is a Breitling Chronomat Evolution with roman numerals. Had to contact Breitling in Switzerland to get my hands on that one. :D

Also have an old Breitling Colt given to me when I was 15 (14 years ago!).
Ooh, and for the running I have a Garmin Forerunner 405 with GPS.

Just back from a week away from the forum: 369 new posts and I pick this one to post in

I love my watches but currently just have one "nice" one: an Omega Seamaster Professional Chronometer, in blue. Yes, it's the one worn by James Bond  although I didn't buy it for that reason. Just a shame my version doesn't have the same cool toys...

I wear it daily - don't see the point of having a nice watch and not wearing it - apart from when I'm MTBing. Got a cheap Timex digital for biking, plus a cheap metal Casio G-Shock for SCUBA diving (too scared to wear my Omega for that).

Its a Seamaster Pro for me for the No 1 watch - loads of dials buttons that rarely get pressed! Its worn daily.

Does anybody use a watch winder to keep their seldom used autos going? Or are they just bunged in the drawer?

I have a Seiko Honda F1 (Wedding Present from Wife) for everyday wear, and a Breitling Navitimer for the odd special occasion..

The Navitimer will take over daily use, once the Seiko packs in...Which is probably highly unlikely!!!The Seiko is robust as heck..

I also have a G-Shock lying around somewhere. But i have never really wore it..

Hugo boss for work and Tag Carrera for the weekend.... spent 30 mins pondering over the Grand Carrera at the airport yesterday mainly thanks to their video... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYscgIguUKQ but decided the next watch on the list has to be the Monaco. Stunning with the blue face!
