At the last hurdle I've encountered a big problem resulting in the car having to be stripped down again. Before she goes back together I want to up rate rad pack, oil cooler and pipe work. Anyone done anything like this and have any ideas or encountered any problem?

Obviously something isn't right somewhere, so the car has gone to a specialist engineer to correct the issue. He's proposed the best thing to do is strip to more or less a shell and straighten the shell properly. I could of bodged the problem by grafting 10mm into the passenger wing but knowing something isn't right will eat me up.dannytheduck1985 said:hopz121 said:

Ladies and gentlemen..... I can now confirm Eleanor is now straight. Here's a pic of the offending area after jigging and roughly panelled up. No corners are being cut with this car!!!!!

Wasn't the car fully painted back in June? that paintwork will have good few scratches in it

Yes was painted in June but I got to the end and something wasn't right. I had her taken apart, put right and she will be painted again. That's 35 hundred just on paint in total. She has got to be right though!!!!

My seats just need a clean up but I want the car to be like brand new especially with what I've spent. All interior plastics have been replaced with brand new or carbon skinned.
