Wanted Z4M Parts

Holly s**t sounds like you've had some excitement. Glad you got it back okay mate.
Hope you have it on the road soon and can start enjoying it

Managed to get every penny back from the carbon dude. Ordered a load more parts from California.
Seriously wary about taking it places now. Won't be leaving my sight

Cars booked in January the 8th for the following:
sump change, oil filter, oil
fit H&R springs
Fit strut brace
Fit EBC yellow stuff pads
replace steering wheel slip ring and seat belt pretensioner
positive battery lead replacement
fit K&N induction kit (temp)
Install longer power steering pipes

This then leaves the fitting of bonnet, refurb alloys and new tyres, tracking, MOT, detailer..... Then road :D

Project has been kick started again after spending the last few months buying parts.
Left on my list are the 2 small strut brace bars (need milling to match the main brace) and uprated engine mounts.

Has anyone used vibra technics mounts? If so are they any good or is there anything better?

Haven't used the mounts personally but the people on here that have all seem to rave about hoiw good they are,
Machine monkey was doing some strut brace to bulkhead bars a while ago might be worth dropping a PM

Just found mm thread

Nothing as yet mate, can see a trip to rw development (Lichfield) in the near future for a custom cat back. Concentrating on the aesthetics now as I've just spent a fortune overhauling the mechanical.

Have you thought about doing the bypass mod on both back boxes. Is a really cheap mod and gives a really good sound. That's what I've done on my M

Was thinking about having straight pipes from the cat back, but will it be too loud? Wanted to Stick with quad exit pipes without boxes and have the tips plain metal with a slightly bigger bore.
