Wanted Z4 35is or 35i

Hi guys

I really fancy upgrading my E85 Roadster and want a 35is or a 35i, my preference is the 35is but I would buy a 35i if it was the right spec and colour combination.

It needs to be in superb condition and at a realistic price, also it must be a car that has been loved pampered and cared for, as for mileage obviously the lower the better and certainly not over 40k and preferably much lower :) A full BMW service history would be great and non run flat tyres would be good as well.

As for colour it must have red or black leather seats, as for body colour I am open on that but my preference would be black, white or possibly grey. I will consider other colour combos for the right car but white leather is not for me :) unless it has a stunning spec!

Spec wise it needs to have a really good spec with sat nav and heated seats a must.

I am looking at one around 2 to 4 years old.

I am in no rush to get one so if you are thinking about selling in a few months I am fine with that as well

Thanks

Andy

Thanks but I have seen that One and it has cream coloured leather and I only want red leather plus I don't want to spend that much.

Think thats`s a great price. Think you may struggle to get a 35i for less than that ! good luck with your search

Hi Kermit

This one sold on here recently he dropped the price to just under £17.000 and I would think it went for slightly less than that so they are out there for around the 17k mark and I am in no rush at all so I will wait and if the right car comes up whenever that may be.

Another one sold on here this year for £16.000

The prices of these aren't going to increase they will drop like most cars so in time I will find one at a good price

Andy good point, but the prices will even out and won't keep dropping. Mine did sell for £16,000 but the the miles were at about 63K. It was a great car.....and one of a kind!!

I'm pleased it stayed with a forum member

Hi Stark

Yours was a stunner and that colour is lovely all it needs is red seats  I do agree with you regarding prices as I think they will even out I just hope I can get one for £17.000 to £18.000 of course I would go a bit higher for the right car but no more than £19.000.

I bet you miss yours don't you.

I still question whether I did the right thing or not, no doubting that the E89 is a better car than my SLK....but I needed a change, and a new E89 wouldn't have made me feel better.....but yes it is a wonderful car. I hope Jimbo still loves it

i never really knew about these... 35i.. bet they are awesome...
35is is even better :D

Hey Kermit I forgot you bought a 35is didn't you :) do you love it I bet you do, I will probably end up with the 35i with the 306bhp engine but that would be more than enough for me, is the power the only difference between the two models and does yours have the DCT auto box and if so is it good as I really fancy the DCT on this model.

DCT is a must, I don't care what anyone says, it's perfect and never put a foot wrong. So precise and quick

It sounds great and even though I like having a manual in my Z4 I will get the DCT when I upgrade to a newer car as it sounds fantastic.

The changes are super quick and in sports mode, it's even more rapid and seamless.

Typing this it makes me miss my car and I would think about going back to one, but I don't think I would feel as excited about one as I had mine for 4 years.

Only issue is with the cracked alloy wheels......get normal tyres!!

Ahh ok I read that the 19 inch wheels give it a really hard ride so 18 inch wheels it is then for me
