Is it normal to selling this car with such a low mileage? 6 years old car and only 20k? I heard when you not driving regulary this z4 it is not good. Should I be worry or its ok?

Had a look at the link and it looks impressive. I would have concerns about such a low mileage and only serviced twice. I would prefer it to be serviced every 2 years despite the mileage but as I mentioned before, long service intervals are to be expected...It should feel very tight and well planted on the test drive but I would want to know a little more of it's history and why it has done so few miles.
However there is a year long warranty and this should be a period long enough to find out if there are problems with it being low mileage - some warranties are excellent these days - just check the warranty being offered is worth having.
It may have run flats tyres and you may want to change these. At such a low mileage will it have original discs and pads but in all other respects I would expect it to be as new. There are quite a few forumites with examples of ///M Zeds at such low mileage and they attract a premium price so it is logical that the 3.0si being quite sought after should command a high price at low miles.
That said I think there is room to negotiate on the price - though there have been some dealers looking for 10K for 06 versions with 'normal' mileage (too strong a price in my mind). I may have been fortunate but I paid £10,500 for my 2008 54,000 mile Authorised Used Car from a main BMW dealership in Jan of this year with 12 months warranty (I did have a 2006 2.0i Sport trade in so you have to keep that in mind) nevertheless I was delighted with the deal, my non runflat tyres were exchanged for the runflats on the 3.0si they refurbed the wheels and fitted new foglights (condensation). The Zed has needed a new coil and rear speakers and is presently getting some other warranty work done - nothing serious but I did want a good warranty before buying the 3.0si.
There are a few Zeds about at this low mileage and it seems folk buy them as an investment (particularly the ///M versions) in the hope of not losing too much money - whether this will apply to the 3.0si (which is an excellent version but not in the same market as the ///M) I can't say but prices are strong at the moment - will they stay that way?
If it is the car you really want and it drives impressively on the test drive - with the years warranty and some hard negotiating then you have to consider what it will be worth in a years time?
Be interesting to see what those who have purchased low mileage Zeds have to say.
I'm sure you'll enjoy the test drive!
