Wanted - My first Z

I've just done the sound gen mod and taken both bits of foam out and it sounds amazing in the cabin and can pop back in if I ever want some peace and quiet on a longer journey!
 
Anyone know this car..? Advice on price.. etc. Anything you can spot from advert that rings alarm bells that I may have missed? Thanks

Just to throw a spanner into your thoughts having already driven an "M". Try a TVR Chimaera 4.0/4.5, for sheer noise and thrills these cars are difficult to be beat. With winter looming prices are on the downturn for these cars. A good one is a joy, don,t take my word for it. Pop down to your nearest Dealer and have a GO.

Nobody spot anything obvious with this one then? Usually overlook the cheapest cars but this seems decent.
 
Considered viewing that one myself when I was looking about a month back. It was £8,495 then. Provided the SH checks out it seems decent on the face if it. Low owners. Nice interior. Wheels look properly manky, but hardly a deal breaker and that's just 108s for you. Personally I'd want to put it back on an age-related plate, as I imagine plenty of prospective buyers would, and the faff of having to do so put me off a tiny bit, as again I imagine it might have others... I'd say the price is about right for that car on a private sale. Potentially a good buy.
 
I've asked for the original reg so I can run a HPI. He says he doesn't know it and is currently at work so doesn't have docs. Will the original reg be shown on the V5? Claims he purchased from a dealer over 2 years ago and was already registered to private plate.
 
I think you do the HPI on its current plate and the fact it's been changed previously will come up in its history.
