The best genuine quote I've had wasn't from a dealer;
"genuine BMW CSL wheel set ( NOT the narrower CS spec, beware pls), how does £1799.00 inc vat plus delivery aprox £40.00 sound?"

It was all looking promising, but unless I fork out more than I wanted for a New set, the supply of used seems to have dried up :!:
 
They pop up now and again..

Spring/summer will be the time when eople start messing with their cars again..
 
Unlike Mariah Carey, what I'd still like for Christmas are some genuine competition package CSL 19" wheels, keep me in mind if you know of any coming up, Happy Christmas Z'sters :D
 
Careful what you are wishing for! Competition pack wheels actually refer to the Csl style wheels fitted to the M3CS (competition pack). Whilst these are the exact same wheels for the rear as the Csl (sam part number) the fronts are 0.5" narrower.
Set on ebay just sold, bargin price as well...

The story goes he bought them for a standard E46 coupe and couldn't make them fit,I saw the car in question which had an alternative new set set of BBS alloys.

So, they've been pushed and poked a little, but not used, fingers crossed I'ver done OK :roll:

Have they been refurbed or are they genuinely "new"...?

The badges need pulling off and straightening up and the lettering is quite indistinct,like there is too much paint. There is also brake dust on the back pics...

They are also 8j....Which isnt CSL sizing...CSL front wheels are ET44 and 8.5j,whereas you have an ET47 and 8j....Chances are they are off a CS..

As above, not CSL wheels mate, more likely CS wheels, or worse reps masquerading as genuine. Ask where he brought them from and a receipt.
 
They are probably ZCP.....

Which are fine,but just not what has been advertised...

Plus a narrower tyre and offset may see the front wheels look a bit odd in the arch..
 
They are not reps with the BBS, BMW logo and correct cuts out on the hub. But CS as said and with badges out of square I would hazard a guess they have been refurbed.
