kryton are you tempted to boost up your 35is?

I have thought about it since your thread started but I may only be keeping the car until the 'M' comes out which could be 2 years, but I'm still in two minds what to do as the conversion cost is very good and if/when the 'M' is out it will only be 2 years before a model change and then it will be the old model :headbang:

So as I say I'm unsure what to do :? :? :)

Try using the one you have now with the Sport button pressed first ! :P

Actually could be an interesting conversion! Twin turbos re-mapped and a supercharger! 8)

Sport button-sport button, hmm I shall have to see if I can find that

i was rudely awoken this morning by a helicopter hovering above my house, i glanced over and the time???>........ 4.55am, as i couldnt sleep i decided to terrorize the streets, it was so quiet i really managed to get some nice runs in an actually start stretching the car alittle, my godness, 1st gear is now very hard to use, the revs rise so quickly before you realise its time for the next gear, 2nd gear pulls so hard you can now feel cars chassis actually squatting pretty hard, this new power is immense, the blow off valves slight whistle n whoosh as you let off the throttle is awesome, the gentle supercharge whine is awesome, but the power is hardcore, the car is now to powerful for some roads, but heres the bit i love..... stop driving fast and the car is even more civilised as before my mpg is exactly the same as before, the drivability is better, low end pull is all gear is 10x better, if anyones considering one of these kits, just do it.

Are you sure it wasn't the police helicopter following you around? :D
Sounds awesome! I just wish I could insure an ///M with a supercharger in London... One day!

You could do our software and get some really nice gains.

wow that 35i must move, look at the torque curve........mmm lovely.
the 35i does move mate, but the power comes in really early in the rev range so it feels grunty but not super quick unlike the ///M Coupe

Does that conversion need any extra/bigger rads like the 35is has?

BM put's larger rads on the iS then I think you can take it that they are needed, in spite of what ESS might say :)

lol sorry guys, the pics will have do for w while now, bloddy hell you lot!! lol you want drift vids dont you?? you want burnout vids dont ya?? unfortunatly the pics will have to do for while until i get on the track, maybe we should all just arrange a meet and ill bring the car?? that way it can be seen by all and everyone can hear n see her.

Beedub - you may have already seen it but the August issue of iirc Performance BMW has a feature on a US M coupe with ESS supercharger on it.
