Heavy vehicles including lorries, buses, coaches and specialist vehicles will need to meet Euro 6 emissions standards to avoid paying the ULEZ charge.TOMGREEN413 said:Best to drive a lorry over 3.5 tons as they are ULEZ exempt......you couldn't make this Sh t up.
Fine, Euro 6 is a very high standard and produces far, far less pollutants than old cars do. Still has to pay the Congestion charge but I bet you will never see one of these in London.TOMGREEN413 said:Sorted.....this baby meets the Euro 6 emissions
Honestly mate, I may give the impression that I poodle around in an energy efficient car but the reality is that I drive a 2 year old 6 cylinder 5 Series BMW most of the time and my previous cars have been 2 R8's, a series 2 911 C2S, Z4 and many other sports cars. I love to drive fast but feel like many others do, that something has to be done to eliminate the old bangers who do most of the pollution in the cities. Most of these guys don't give a s**t about pollution and I have met a few as I laid down in front of their vans in protest. (No that's not true, I just made that up as a joke, how do I delete it?)TitanTim said:Rest easy, you can still get that Allegro and feel smug
