I've had the TC cut in but not had the light flash. Sometimes going over speed lines going up a hill you feel the car hesitate slightly but he light stays off. Turn off stage1 TC (DSC) and you don't get the throttle interruption.

The only time that damn light doesn't flash when I drive my baby is when I am on the highway with the cruise control on. The one time I needed it, I had it turned off from some drifting exercizes in the country and a deer destroyed my day and I spun her into a ditch. Needless to say, I never disengage the nanny anymore. I love the nanny. I love seeing the light flash! :driving:

I find that with the DSC in the medium setting, I can get my rear end all loose and slippery, especially in the wet.

This one time (at band camp?) I gave it a little too much around a corner and my-oh-my did I see some sideways action. More than enough to get my pulse racing.

Well honestly I've not pushed it hard enough (neither with nor without) passengers to make the back end slide very much. A little bit of tail slide but not too much. I've noticed that compared to my truck it's harder for me to detect when the back end is sliding out, I dunno why unless it's just the fact that i've driven my truck for seven years and the Z4 for months. Probably the suspension an all that stuff plays a factor. Maybe when we do the slaloms I'll really play with it and do my second best to spin it.
