Torque Settings

Is there a site for finding torque settings for fitting various parts?

Specifically at the moment I need the O2 sensor ones but I am bound to need to know others in the future.

I would buy a copy of the BMW TIS manual.
Search eBay and you'll find them
That will give you every procedure, torque and photos

Also check online BMW workshop manual which might assist you, as there is a section titled tightening torques http://workshop-manuals.com/bmw/

Useful general information document containing torque settings for BMWs

Thanks for that just for other peoples reference if they find this. Oxygen sensor and oxygen monitor sensor sensors are 55Nm (search for 1AZ in the bmw_torq.pdf)

50Nm according to TIS.
But that is with a lambda socket with arm style. With a straigt style socket it would be a little bit higher.

TIS is really the reference you need to use, having put your VIN in.

Totally agree hence my reference to getting a copy of that. Everything else is good guesses or not exact model and spec. specific
