Yeah, why not?
They cost £15 and make it look and feel a lot more plush. That area, just above the door handle is the place you're going to be looking at all the time as you open the door, so why not make the entrance to your Zed look a bit nicer? And for how easy and cheap it is, I can't see why you wouldn't want to do it - unless one is traditionalist and wants to keep it as stock.
