I agree with OG - you might well be ok. 80 is pretty much the slowest I ever drive up or down the M74 - I have spotted quite a few of those vans over the years and have often had to abruptly moderate my velocity... Never gotten a ticket yet.

I am off to see Russell Brand. My missus is a big fan. Not sure about him really. Sometimes I think he's funny, sometimes I think he's a tool. Let's see what I think after I've seen him live.

Think I got captured by a "Safety" camera. :(

After a very gentle drive down from Inveraray in my Disco with cruise on at a steady 65 down the M74 on a real no hurry ride back home, I went trickling past a heavy - as I wasn't making much headway and a as a car was catching me quite quickly, I gave it a boot to get past and let the fella thro - I got up to 80 ish - Then I noticed the white van with the opened black side hatch.

I suppose I've been very lucky - I will be my first in 48 years but its going to be a nervous two weeks watching my letter box.

An indicated 80 was probably a real 75. You'll probably be ok.

Fitted my winter alloys and tyres (purchased from Mr Wilks :D ) and also gave the zed a quick wash.

Had a lengthy hoon up to Rushden to pick up the modded backboxes I bought from Pilchardthecat. Nice guy and his new 911 is "shiny" :)

It was nice to have the roof down this late in the year

Next week IMmie is going to be somewhat noisier. :D

I'm pleased with how it looks without the M. May take off the side ones next time.

I realised I've not driven my zed for over 2 weeks. I really miss it but the 640d is great and saved getting the ///m dirty.

I love looking at my ///M badge but I'm relatively new to it. It sort of reminds me what I work so hard for.

Went to Land Rover Experience Scotland at Butterstone Loch (we drove past it on the Perthshire meet) - took out a Pre-Production All New Range Rover - No action Shots (too busy driving ) but its the best Landie Ive driven offroad despite its size. The worst bit - is knowing as its pre-production it will be crushed when it finishes its shift with LRE
