To TT or not to TT, that is the question?

So your Sebring replica is a B not a C, my first car was a 1974 Midget RWA model and I ran a B roadster for a few years as my daily drive until my daughter came along, then I got something sensible and oh so boring.

Cannot imagine not having a convertible now and my next one might be a TT but will have to be quattro. Have to say I am a little bit disappointed in the zed build quality and it is not up to the Audi standard, just a shame that they don't drive as well

sars, Yep she is a B! I have had a C and it was what can only be described as 'dangerous'! I chose a B as so many tuning parts are available off the shelf for suspension and brakes etc. I couldn't bring myself to potentially ruin a rare MGC.

I do agree with you about the build quality of the Audi over the Z4, simple things like shutting the door with a thud! People get out of the Z4 and always bloody comment on it, I have even lined mine with Dynamat as I am picky about things like that!!!

To much weight upfront and very little over the rear wheels makes driving interesting, something truly special about a B though. Wonder if they have/had the same discussions at the MG owners club over which looks best coupe or roadster :fuelfire:

Nah still have the roadster, is yours the facelift TT with 211 PS, does it have the dsg, sorry S-Tronic box and how does it compare against the 3.0SEi???

I think TT's are great cars. A mate has a 2.0T Coupe (FWD) and it drives like a sexier, lighter hot hatch. It's pretty fun to chuck around and there's lift off oversteer aplenty.
