To good to be True? Why is 3.0si more ££ than M?

If you click on the link there are a couple of others at the right money, Ruby Black 21,000 miles

And a sapphire black one!

Yeah saw the 21,000 miler. They've just reduced that by £500 but check out the spec, pauper spec that's why they are struggling I think. No heated seats, no park distance control etc which everyone saws are essential?

That's the car but they've also sent me some high resolution pics just in case people wanted a better picture as its tricky to tell sometimes. I've seen cars I thought id love until I saw it in the flesh!

What colour is Light Sepang Bronze and what are people's thought on it?

What's your opinion on the hood/black colour combo? Something you'd consider or is there a reason they are desperate to flog?

Not for me, but TBH it wouldn't be hard to swap the roof for a black one as there are a few write off's around now.

I quite like the Sepang interior. Don't debate it for too long or it'll be gone.

Personally I have never used my heated seats in 5+ years of owning cars with them - I hate the sensation - but my wife wouldn't let me buy a car without them. I don't have PDC on the Z4 and I'm not convinced that it's needed - the rear of the car is very close to the back of your head, and it's easy enough to judge manually when parking. If anything, front PDC (which BMW didn't offer) would be more useful at the end of that long bonnet.

Both Heated Seats and PDC are relatively straightforward retrofits if you find that you must have them. I may consider doing the ultrasonic front PDC that fits inside the bumper (with no visible sensors).

I like the Sepang seats and I have never seen another light roof, makes a change and it will be down most of the time so will coordinate well with the interior !

Thanks for posting the pics Mike. Think the interior is ok, not ideal but I'm a black with red leather sort of guy but prefer to black as black car with black interior I find a but bland.

Just can't decide if the fact that it's quite a unique colour combo will go against it when it comes up selling it on?

Cheers

Offer £14k for this one?

Perhaps a bit high on the miles for me, when I come to sell it'll have circa 80k on it and be tough to sell I reckon!

Thanks for the link though

Well I've gone for it! Dealer let it go for £12,995 in the end and managed after much arm wrestling to get 2 years warranty thrown in so I'm happy! Thanks for all your advice guys, much appreciated!

Black with sepang and light hood ? Great deal, congrats

Congratulations nice choice   .
Just out of interest what dealer was this for sale at,went on AUC and couldnt find it.

Hi yeah it was the black with sepang and tan hood. When I paid holding deposit he took it off straight away but the dealer was Douglas Park BMW in Glasgow! I live in Cardiff so it's one hell of a drive but I'm sure the drive back will be better :).

Thanks guys v.pleased with deal and hopefully 2 year warranty will give some peace of mind if anything goes wrong. Saw a couple of other good buys, one on AUC with 21k miles on it. Only thing that put me off was v low spec and they couldn't get to within £1000 of this one and would only go up 1 yr warranty.
