THAT'S freakin' funny. Can I steal that line????????????![]()
correct - only for cars up until 2006 though. The 2007 models have a proper sensor unit in the rim / valve somewhere. I think I've somehow disabled mine using the console switch..AlterEgo said:It doesn't even monitor pressure anymore. It monitors wheel turn rate using the ABS sensors. A flatter tyre rotates more than one with more pressure. Sets off the alarm.
rc'Z said:I wondered if I put the tire pressure to the factory recommend psi for the 18" if the tramling of the tires would go away. Set the front tires at 33 psi and the rear tires at 38 psi, per the sticker on the door opening. Doesn't make any noticeable difference. It still amaizes me that the car likes to dance around but when you set it in a corner it feels glued to the road. Wish it felt more glued to the road in a straight line. Anyone ever experience the tamling in a corner when you are pushing it??

Yep! That would be mine, and I can't get enough of the bumpy ride..I think I'm the only one who likes it.
