Greer SC. The plant mailing address is a Post Office box in Spartenburg.

They've increased the amount of automation at the US plant since we toured in 2008. Still, the US body shop has more hands-on work than in the highly automated Plant Oxford MINI body shop line. Regensburg will be similar but every plant is unique.
