Where was your photo taken - was it in the Chamonix valley up towards Le Tour?

Wow Malc, that's clinical sensory skills right there :wink: taken from the high point on the Route d'Argentiere, at the head of the valley before Chamonix, I guess that must have been just after Le Tour.

That's the beginning of Mont Blanc dead center if I recall correctly

I've skied that area many times over years - too many to mention. :roll:

This is on the run down to Vallorcine - just above where your car is sitting.

Funny but I have no idea how I bollixed up my comment. No idea why I said Monkadill when I was referring to the blurring around Easty's car........how weird!
