Mainly spin classes.

Are they that good? I know a load of people who love them but every time I have tried the bike I have been a bit.. "meh.."

Are the classes different?

I may have even been known to do a back to back session once.
Yes its odd they are really good. My best mate used to go all the time and raved about them. I always hated motivating myself at the gym. Went out with a guy last year who told me I was overweight so I felt I needed to try something new. I think the combo of the loud pumping music, with others peddling alongside and an instructor making you increase rpm and resistance all help to make it a very good class. the 45 mins go quick and I actually get a buzz from them which I don't get from anything else. (I dumped him)

Hmmm.. I may give it a go. My gym does them on Tuesday mornings.

WHAT A KNOB!

Well done taz!
What does a bmf session comprise of?
I'm getting back to full fitness after a spate of pericarditis. Taken up cycling and rowing again to try and shed gained weight and regain lung/ breathing capacity and at the stage where i feel i could push myself a bit further maybe....
Interested in new options.

Hate gyms.

One or two 5k runs a week, plus a Freeletics session, will do me.

bmf is british military fit. basically is running up and down with lots of sit ups, burpess, press ups etc etc thrown in

all instructors are ex military, I've been doing it since the end of Jan, its great fun - all out doors
