I'm sure you are absolutely right but in Britain the cars age counts from registration date which is printed in the manual. We are also massive car snobs over here and people wait to buy their new cars when the new registration changes so everybody knows it brand new!!mcbeee said:Date of registry decides it for you then.

Over here that car would be depreciated as a year old as soon as it left the lot. It makes a big difference in value when it's a couple of years old .... I don't necessarily agree with it but it seems to be the N.American way. :thumbsdown:
