I have a 111k on my 2003 2.5i Z4. I actually posted almost this same exact question in another forum and got little response. After my warranty ran out at 50k, my car has only been at the dealer to turn off the aitbag light I accidently triggered. Other than that, I do all the work myself. Here it is: ESP steering column failure & convertible top motor replacement (both at dealer under warranty around 50k).
Post warranty: starter motor, thermostat failure, lower control arm bushings, intake camshaft sensor, leaky valve cover gasket, 2 *broken* rear springs, broken wire to DM TL pump that kept turning on SES light, and battery. I think that is it. The car still runs great. No oil leaks, and I still have the original rotors.
