Just thought I'd pop up a quick note on Sytner Solihull. I had my M Coup in for MOT and Inspection one on Wednesday, and can say I was really impressed. The customer service was outstanding, which is probably my main reason for going to the effort of writing a recommendation.
I've used Warwick BMW up until now due to it's location to my work, but have time and time again come away angry at their level of incompetance and customer service. The guys on their service desk have been plain rude to me and totally unwilling to be helpful when I've taken the car in for waranty faults (whether this is down to the fact it wasn't brought from them I've no idea, but the guys on my team have also come away from there thoroughly p**sed off with their service, so I'm not alone)
Sytner on the other hand were welcoming and very complete in their pre-service and post-service dealings.
I'm not usually one to sing people's praises when they've done their job to the level I would expect anyway, but given the polar oposite nature of the dealerships I'm breaking tradition and singing Sytner's praises. Will definately be going back there for the next oil service.
Ps: Had a 118d Sport for the day.....man the M felt good on the drive up to North Wales on Wednesday evening.
