Switch light unit version

I'm trying to replace the light switch unit BMW part number 61316953038 with 61319133041, but I'm curious about the firmware version.
Has anyone recently purchased a new light switch unit and can check the version?
The version is described after SW:##### .

I've used three LCMs in a 2006 car that I no longer own - the original (faulty) unit was from memory v4.1 I think, and I replaced it with an identical unit with v4.5 firmware (again, I think). This worked perfectly but in order to try and remove the tamper dot I tried another LCM with v4.7. This also worked perfectly, but removal of the tamper dot requires the new LCM to be coded to the car - which it appears is not a straightforward job.
Why are you fitting a different version of LCM?

As I now own [ref]Sidewaze Samm[/ref]'s old car I am not able to confirm the original LCM as that's back in the car, but I can confirm that the replacement one (which I'm told created a tamper dot) is indeed 4.5.
