I am driving KW V3 on the Z4MR since september 2017 and total happy with the efficiency, combined with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S and 19" CSL alloys.
Setup front original, rear modified: 2 clicks softer for both settings. The original setup from KW for the V3 is optimised for the "Green hell" (Nürburgring North Loop) where I did test the configuration by a perfection's training 2 years ago. I really enjoyed my coilovers on this day.
Highest possible high = 10 mm lower front and 5 mm lower rear compared to OEM.
The feeling on the road is much better than with the OEM, more stable by braking, feeling like 10 km/h faster in every curve.
The KW V3 are expensiver than the Bilstein B16 but if you compare them after 5 years in duty, you will see the difference in the material quality: KW V3 coillvers are still looking like new.
