At least I hope so ... 
Picked up the car from Chris at Center Gravity today, he did the following:
1. Fitted new OEM RTA bushes and the Vorschlag limiter kit (replacing the poly bushes I had before)
2. Changed the rear coilovers to a barrel spring setup - still all Intrax parts (feck me they are expensive)
3. Slightly softened the rear springs compared with the coilover springs
4. Checked and re-set the geo (which was basically all OK)
5. Reset the ride height, and adjusted the bump stops, such that there actually is some travel in the rear suspension - the previous setup was such that the rear dampers were permanently on their bump stops
Result so far is a much more compliant and flexible ride. However, that was really just the motorway drive home. Looking forward to Brands tomorrow when I can start to test it out properly.
