I used to live in Barrowford, at the foot of Pendle Hill many years ago. Really lovely all around there and Forest of Bowland is always a joy to visit! Stunning vistas and fresh air.
Living in Holland I really miss the hills of England.
Barrowford just minutes from me Chris , you must know the delights of the area well , all the Ribble valley & Bowland is stunning but Downham my particular favourite of Pendle

Took it home and cleaned off the lichen and rust and I still have it now in my tool box. I still wonder how it ended up stuck in that tree ! I was itching to get out in my Zed today but was gardening, lawn mowing and window cleaning instead ! Later on I did pull all my alloys off and gave them a thorough clean, glaze and seal. Also cleaned and dressed the wheel arches...mint !
