Oops missed your bit Craig! Not good !

Yes,PSD me off to say the least.
Traffic cops just don't want to listen to anything you have to say.
And it was Literally 2 minutes drive from home!!

Sorry to hear about your bad luck on the way home Craig, but thank you for today and good to meet you all.
Lorraine and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and it was good finding out what the car can do.
We unfortunately missed the exit on the return leg back to the start point.
We are hoping to make it down to the borders for the next meet.
Thanks again for today.

Glad you enjoyed it,good to meet you both, and hope to see you again soon :driving:

Glad you enjoyed it,Peter...good to see you again.
Yeah, that s still pissing me off,but not worth fighting,as 9/10 they take the officers view!!
Just hope I haven't been snapped by a camera on our drive even more now...was sticking to the limits in towns etc and right down the coast road,so should be okay.

Still,was a great day regardless.
See you again soon  :driving:

Cheers, the pub for etc went down well ,on the whole, from feedback.
Good to see you both again.

Yes,it's a bugger ,have only been done for speeding once in my teens, clean license since.....that's the annoying thing.
It's a road not far from my house,and was a 60 limit years ago,but was downgraded,to 50,about 10/15yrs back,but it's a wide open road,dual carriageway style,with grass verge and barrier in middle,And I only sped up momentarily,before asking off to 45,even before I got within sight of cops.....that's what's annoying.
They even said they were taking my speed from further back than where I would have seen them from!! (I.e, probably a mile away)

And they acknowledged the fact I had slowed down to below 50, and that I was only doing 63 for a moment or two,but booked me all the same.

honestly see them cash cow vans, speed traps, they go where the money is, not where the accidents are. Total disgrace :fuelfire:
