Well Jas667, with almost 1.5 million people getting arrested for DUIs each year in the U.S., I would say that there is a big problem, wouldn't you? Just think of how many arrests that weren't made. I bet those numbers would be staggering. In addition, approximately 16,000 deaths occur each year in accidents involving alcohol. As to the tragedy in Florida, I don't believe that alcohol played a factor. Unfortunately, many of the DUIs and deaths involving alcohol involves minor drivers.
