Stuff I dislike about the Z4

E85 true old roadster style but harsh, E89 softer but for those who got pi**ed of with back ache, GL for those who want comfort and gadgets. Something for everyone.

Well I have the choice of all 3 for whichever mood I'm in....

The location of the key slot - bloody key ring tickles my leg when I drive - I have to have it on a carabiner and take all my other keys off to keep me tickle free

E85:
M sport seats are complete rubbish, no side bolster adjustment even on the M
Black E85 interiors are soooooo dull
No cooled seats option
Not much else really

E89:
Knee air vent burns
Key slot too low so keys tickle the knee
No cooled seats option
Boot access with roof down
Silly place for cup holders under the armrest

G29:
No cooled seats option...shame on you BMW
Harmon Kardon is weak with no high end offering like Burmester for those that like tunes on the go
No air scarf option
No option like 18 way seats as in a Boxster etc


All first world problems obvs but the most annoying is the G29 stuff, premium roadster ought to have the choices imho.

I just don't feel the cold much and I hate being hot, especially with things like leather seats in cars etc. Claire has cooled seats in her Evoque and once you've had them.........

The guy in the picture is me, I wear shorts all year round, feck all to do with John or him falling off a ladder. My shorts would cause him to fall over, they’d be like long trousers on him but he’d need a bit of ripe for the waist
