I reckon BMW realised that once someone had decided a fat old G29 was a good successor to the E85 then the damage was already done.

The worst thing about the sun visors I how hard they snap back up - the vanity mirror in my first E89 smashed just from closing.

Would be nice to have a digital speed read out in addition to the duals, my Focus from the same year has one...

This can be done. I did it with Carly. Probably the second or third thing i changed.

It may be possible to do manually but not sure how.

On the e90 i also have a HUD unit that i purchased from Amazon. It's quite useful as it shows digital speed readout, battery voltage, oil temp and other stuff.

E89s come in Orange paint also 8)

There are quite a few who have owned more than one!
The previous model can't have been so bad if they invest £'s in a later model.
