stomach pain question.

In your situation I usually find colonic irrigation helps in the privacy of your bathroom
Or, if you don't like cleaning up the mess, in the privacy of someone else's bathroom...

Could be Diverticulitis, which is BLOODY painful - I know from experience!

:fuelfire:

Mike

Any tips on diet etc, that relieves it Mike? Got that myself, diagnosed a few weeks ago, gives me some fair old grief, I'm sure diet change will help but if you've got any sure fire things that made a difference to you I'm all ears. Cheers in advance.

Not meaning to hijack OP's post - But get lots of fibre, I take one Fybogel a night. STRESS is also a major instigator for me. Other than that I just don't go mad with spicy foods, and also avoid seeds, as they can apparently get trapped in the pockets in the intestine and actually go off...

I've been hospitalised 4 times in the last 7 years with the pain, ending up on a morphine and antibiotic drip. When it flares up, it's akin (i believe) to being stabbed in the guts pain wise. It DOES bloody hurt!

Oh, and drink lots of water, and DON'T take Ibuprofen or similar (irritates the intestine)

Mike

Thanking you.

hopefully I don't end up dying  was more so looking to see if anybody has had these symptoms and knew of anything to do and avoid during this situation

Nah the last person who had those symptoms never posted again :tumbleweed:

The bedside manner of Dr Shipman

Dr Shipman, or as a mate of mine called him, The Old Dear Hunter

Well he's gone very quiet, either dead or had a few farts and fully recovered. My money is on the latter, I speak from experience.

... Or done a diy colonic as is busy cleaning up the bathroom!

Nb. Probably candidate for most weirdest post on forum this year

Go on Marlon, there's only 3 options
He went to the quack and he was ok
He went to the quack and he was diagnosed as a quackhead.
He never made it cos he quacked up.
Simples
