now normally I'm fine with a little pain, but holy $!#*& this hurts! I had just noticed this pain a few hours ago after getting home from work and playing about an hour of video games. I realized that when I lean forward while sitting down or just moving/stretching my lower abdomen too much it causes this extremely sharp pain just below my belly button. It feels like something is pulling the inside of my stomach/belly button inwards everytime I move the wrong way. It hurts so much that I can't seem to lay down or sit down without it being too painful. Has anybody had this issue? Any recommendations? My current primary physician is out of the country for a whole month. Will this go away on its own or should I just go to a doctor? :scratchhead:
hopefully I don't end up dying  was more so looking to see if anybody has had these symptoms and knew of anything to do and avoid during this situation
