I spoke to BMW about their online service portal and was told that the dealers charge their own rates, so I said why bother having the site (which indicates the cost of each service item) if the dealers charge something different, surely there should be consistency.... Not as bad as reading this morning that some idiot paid £7500 for a "virtual dress" for his wife. The dress doesn't exist in physical form so she can't wear it.
