Never got anything free from the dealer for free apart from a coffee and shot of a ps 4 for the wee man when waiting.

Yup, Endras BMW showed appreciation for my loyalty.
Plus when a new Mini was released they had a release party which included test drives, a disc jockey, an open bar (free), and a British themed buffet. There was a free draw for door prizes with the first prize being a weekend at a spa.
When I bought my E85, it had 1 1/2 year left of full factory warranty. When I noticed a 'tick' from the engine, which I thought was a lifter, they replaced my exhaust lifters with the third design revision without any nagging or drama. Actually the service rep was apologetic that the car had let me down.
I have no problems with my dealership.
In fact I have never been treated so well by any other car dealer.

Free driving day at Silverstone, 2 factory tours, lots of brollies, pens etc when at dealers. Exotica when servicing, not standard runabouts.

Back in 2008 the OH bought me a set of mud-flaps for my 1 Series.
When it had it's first service they fitted them for free - I know they didn't bump the bill because it had a service plan so I didn't get a bill!
And it failed it's first MOT with a blown number plate lamp (you know, those fancy LED things that are so long lasting)! Dealer supplied and fitted a new one for free - very happy! (Well for a year, when the other super-duper long-lasting LED number plate lamp was dead - but warranty was gone by then and they weren't so helpful)!
Over the next few years I tried to cover that cost by drinking their coffee and reading the newpapers. :lol:
Failed dismally - they got me back for just over £600 when it needed a starter motor (I blame stop/start). Anyway I was never going to drink enough coffee to cover that!
Now both my BMWs are over 10 I won't be going to main dealers any more (unless there is a recall)!

Back in 2011 when I picked up my new 520d company lease car, the dealer gave me one of those BMW headrest dvd player systems in a smart carry case. When I finished work in 2012 I sold it on ebay
