going out for excercise should be banned
Tim.
Get a grip will you  i'm no gym freak & i don't run or cycle but why would someone exercising increase virus contamination to others ?
I go out daily for approx 2 hrs to exercise myself & my two dogs , my sole aim as it was before this lockdown is to avoid other humans ( i am self diagnosed misanthropic )
The big issue i see here is the massive grey area the government have created .
Why should i sit behind my 4 walls frightened to venture out in case of police intervention or worse still forum scrutiny

when its ok for thousands to cram themselves on the tube each morning + evening ? or watch countless Amazon deliveries being made to my neighbours every day ? that's just two examples , i could list many more equally ridiculous scenarios i know for a fact are happening each & every day .
I could actually be at work , i'm a sub contractor self employed with work to go to but i made a decision last Monday evening to follow the government advice & distance myself by staying home & reducing the amount of contact i have with others to a minimum .
If that means nipping out for some some supplies ( including chocolate , Guiness or anything else that some deem as not a necessity ) in whatever car i choose taking whichever route i choose then i will but i'l do it with the very minimal of contact with others & with careful planning to minimise the number of outings .
The pompous self righteous attitudes of some on here right now is starting to wear a bit thin , life will go on afterwards & it needs to go on during , we all have opinions on the situation & that's good but don't judge everyone who dares move through their front door the same .
Its about common sense & consideration , pity there isn't a lot of either right now .
