A bit difficult to forget nowadays bearing in mind the DVLA postal reminder. Will be doing mine this morning on line since it expires in a week's time. Does anyone know if you can still be fined if you are displaying an 'out of date' VED disc? I guess the police don't rely on checking these since they have the ANPRC system. I did see a report a few months back which said there were plans to phase out the issuing of VED discs.
