Sport Seats are in (updated 26/6/15)

Good effort Terry,I fitted the same seats as you but in red and it totally transformed the look of the car.Agree with Steve that you must come on the next meet....just waiting for him to sort one out

Great job. Exactly what I did many years ago. Swapping bases from my motorised 'standard' to sports. I'd gone for red too as it too transforms the interior.

You'll love the difference

Cheers. I defiantly want some colour in the interior at some point, red is a possibility

Was gonna buy these myself! Decided not to as I want red ones :( they look great Terry. Fantastic job.

Cheers, My intension is to re-trim the seats at some point. I'm just happy I got "pre-facelift" seats and didn't have to arse about with occupancy mats and linking seatbelt sensors... 8)

I'm also waiting for Mat (MachineMonkey) to reply to a PM as I know he purchased some beige sport covers and I believe he hasn't used them :D

It works so well on Sterling grey. Wouldn't advocate it on all colours

Good to here the seat transplant went well. They look great............. add me to the list of non sports seats jealous list.
This winter maybe?

I have a little thing called "zeditis" I know some other members also have it, the seats are just not up to my standards......

So on Thursday they are going for refurbishment! After much debate with myself I have actually decided to keep them black I really think I've ended up with a good deal, the sport seats, the sale of my old seats, new seat guides & refurbishment of both.....

£700 gets me a mint set of heated/memory sports seats which makes Terry a very happy z'boy

Zd's gone in a day earlier than expected for the seat refurbishment, hoping she will be ready for Saturday!

Such a beautiful sunny day in sussex... missing the Z'd could be out hooning

Car is back, seats looks brilliant! :D

One problem the trimmers forgot to disconnect the fecking battery and I have an airbag light on! :headbang:
I told them that it will have to be a trip to BMW for a reset, so I got a £50 discount....
I have a B800 tool and it's reset the error code but the light is still illuminated? Am I doing anything wrong with the tool? :sos:

Luckily I've spoken to "Munich Legends" who are local to me and they will reset the light for £10-15!

Looking good. Hope you get the Airbag light sorted.

Thanks

I've just again spoken to Munich Legends to book it in, they said it happens all the time, going in tomorrow for a reset, there is no fault codes now as per my "B800" scanner tool so hopefully will be a very quick plug and click job

I need the car to get to FOS over the weekend :driving: :driving: :driving:
