So here's a theoretical question: I was clocked within 100 yards of one of those radar speed signs which was facing the moving bike as it clocked me. You don't suppose that there is any documented evidence of interference affecting the operation? Long shot, I know.

First one since 2003 and that's GOOD?

Licence is kept despite 82mph road offence

A BUSINESSMAN with a sports car has escaped a driving ban despite speeding at more than 30mph over the limit.
Raymond Dickens, 60, was driving a BMW Z4, which has a personalised number plate, at 82mph in a 50mph zone.
After pleading guilty to speeding on the A473 near Coychurch, Bridgend, he said: “I hadn’t been to Bridgend in some time and I thought it was a national speed limit, though I accept 82 was not in that limit either and that’s why I pleaded guilty.”
Bridgend Magistrates Court heard that Dickens had been caught speeding twice before, more than three years ago.
Dickens, an insurance broker, of Well Road, East Aberthaw, added: “Unfortunately I’m exposed to speeding cameras because of the time I spent in a motor car.”
Dickens was fined £500 with £50 court costs and given six penalty points on his licence.
I never quite get that ... you're just telling a driver he's driving too fast. It's a safety warning. If someone was driving down a one-way street the wrong way, would it be illegal to point this out to them?WLH said:Flashing headlight as a warning is now illegal in Pennsylvania and the State Police have actually set-up stings to target and fine drivers that flash their headlights as a warning. The violation is improper use of headlights....Color said:The scariest was in France cruising along when a car in the opposite direction flashing vigorously with his headlights made me slow down,![]()

rosierobins said:2 weeks ago, I tested out of the driving school and supposedly no longer have the point against me. I'll follow up to make sure it gets properly removed.
Anyone want advice on the school, take it on line, its so nice to do things while you spend 8 hours taking the chapter tests etc.
