If it's only an oil service, then do it yourself for the cost of the oil and a filter!
I believe NCB Autokraft in Earlswood near Solihul (used to be in Tysley) have a good reputation (from a friend with an e34 M5).
And there's also the well known Moseley Motorsport.

In reality it should cost £99 as the oil will cost them about £30, the filter about £5 and £65 for 30 minutes labour (the longest it should take even their equal opportunity trainees).

You can get 2x4 litres of Castrol Edge 5w30 for £77 from OpieOils, or a service pack which is 2x4 litres of Castrol Edge 5w30 plus an oil filter (non-OEM, so you can chuck it if you wish) for £66.
Alternatively you can use Motul BMW Specific LL04 5w-40 and save £5 on the prices above.
Don't forget that you'll have to add delivery to those prices, although sometimes there are free delivery offers and 10-20% discount offers on too!
If you do go to the dealer, and you're a BMW CC member, then you should also ask for the club discount on parts (i.e. 10% off oil & filter) when you get the bill.
