My few pictures are here.

Had a great day and did over 600 miles between lunchtime Friday and 4:30pm Saturday. Lovely weather and would have like to stay longer, but had a pre-planned BBQ to go to

I had planned on taking the fast & boring route home, but I got stuck on the M6 for an hour after a coach/lorry overturned between Stoke & Sandbach - so would probably have been better doing the B-road route instead

dam it. looks like i missed an amazing day- sorry again guys i didnt make it- the drive back from scotland left me knackered! Will defo be there for the next meet!

that meet looks great, really good pics and the weather to go with it.

i wish there was more people in my area so we could arrange one up here

that looked great fun, if there were enough members in Wales it would be good to do down here

A Welsh meet would be great, but unless it moves a bit north & east it would be a bit of a trip for a lot of members - although I'd be willing to drive 2-3 hours to meet up in mid-Wales for some fun.

Yeah, it'd be cool, but even the nearest parts of North Wales are 150 miles away for me.

Yorkshire Dales is the best bet for the next one, I think. It's probably 50-100 miles away for most people.

The Dales would be great, or even another bash at the Peak District. Wales is bit too far for me.

Definitely need to do another meet before the summer is out. 8)

North Wales is only 20 minutes away for me - that's why I probably spend more time there than in the Oopnürthring area.

I think we need a early Sunday morning one (although I know that rules out Lucy due to boyfriends/girlfriends/parties/etc.) so that we miss most of the traffic - I'd just about be able to start at 8am without having to bring an intravenous caffeine dispenser - and we'd be able to finish at 1pm/2pm for lunch/football/etc.

BTW, I meant to check that no-one was 'making too much progress' after we set off from the Duke of York as I spotted the camera van on the A6 (just after we got split a bit at that first junction).

I agree, how many of us are there? Is anyone organised enough to make it happen? Im rubbish at that sort of stuff but would definately attend if one was arranged. We should do it before the summer is over

I was near the front and can confirm we all passed it at about 40mph. The sneaky bugger!

My satnav warned me as we left the junction, and there were so many slow cars in front that I'd have had to have been overtaking to get up any decent speed - and that wasn't the place to be overtaking.

Although I did notice that all the camera warning I got were in the sections where you could see straight for half a mile - coincidence? :x

Just incase any of you are interested where we went (or tried to go at least!) heres a linky to the route :)

I think a drive into North Wales would be well worth the travelling for everyone. There are some fantastic roads with very little traffic and we could plan a route that included the 'Evo ' triangle.

However, if we can't drum up enough enthusiasm to drag the Yorkshire lot over t'Pennines then a meet in the Yorkshire dales would be a good second choice.

How about a meet at Croft for the north east & another at Oulton park for you guys on the west side then a run to somewhere like Harrogate seeing as thats where sp3ptre hails from........just an idea.....????

Oulton Park BMW Car Club day in November will be my last track day of they - and also probably my only other one this year.
