I've just taken the longer black piece out from the engine side and OMG![]()
Ears bleed a little at 6-7k revs as it resonates so I will try putting the smaller grey foam back in the cabin/bulkhead side and see if that's a good balance.

Not tried it yet as I want to make sure I've put it back together correctly first.
