Sorry, not sorry

As I am sure you are aware BMW only put 'M' badges on the rear of 'M' cars. Would I be correct in thinking that you want other people to think you are driving an 'M' car hence the badge on the rear? This is not a sarcastic ask, just curious.

I'm a grown man who drives an orange convertible - I'm either delusional or I don't entirely care what others think. I'm just trying to make the car look how I want it to and how I would have done it if I were BMW.

Anyway, what is an M car?

Just have the car how you want it - as you said its yours and it bright orange.

Just make sure when I buy it is back to OEM

Answer - 'M' performance cars (with an 'M' badge on the rear) traditionally include modified engines, transmissions, suspensions, interior trims, aerodynamics, and exterior modifications to set them apart from their counterparts. Again, no sarcasm meant.

No sarcasm here either but where does this sit in those theories. ///M badge on mine and not added by me and has many of the things mentioned above

Is this an Essex thing? One-upmanship. TOWIE style. My car is an "M". Or is it?

Essex is the Texas of England - Mustangs and pickup trucks are where it's at, not orange hairdressers' cars. For an answer to your question, you would have to ask BMW - they put 5 ///M badges on my car, I've simply reduced it to 4.

I don't know whether to start with the grammatical or numerical problems with that one. Or perhaps with the question of why they wouldn't just stop BMW from putting them on non-M cars in the first place?

Anyway, I'm now going to drive home with the roof down so I can listen to the sound of my BMW M engine while changing gears with my BMW M transmission.

It must be that guy who lives by you - he's used his and mine to make 32i

I never even checked or thought about it until your thread and then checked tonight, just the Z4 badge on the back
