Due to an unfortunate change in circumstances I'm having to sell my much loved Z4.

It's a fantastic car, that I dreamed of owning and am gutted to have to sell on.

I'm having to massively down size (to a Mini Cooper S) and as I'm not part exchanging BMW aren't interested (they're not buying anything at the moment, according to dealers).

So it's available privately and I'm open to offers.

More pics will be added soon as I'm placing this ad on my iPhone!

Great car mate, and excellent buy for anyone looking, and at a much better price than dealers....it's a hellova lot of car for the money...

Great colour combo too

The spirit is willing but the wife says no!

I'd love a spin out in it, but then temptation might get the better if me. All the best with the sale and hope circumstance change again so that you can keep it.

I'm free right now if you want a nosey? Or it's parked by the Stansfield Arms if you're passing and just want to take a look?!

Wow, great looking car and spec. Shocked that BMW are not interested in part exchanging.... Is the Cooper S coming from a BMW dealer?

Good luck with the sale. and sorry about your change in circumstances that forces you to sell.

No the Mini will be a private purchase.

Seems most dealers aren't buying right now.

Gutted.

Best of luck with the sale, someone is going to grab a bargain.

Just wish someone would grab it fairly quickly! ; )

Any suggestions where else to try selling? It's gone on autotrader and tyresmoke now too.

Pistonheads? eBay classifieds?

Cheers

David

Worst comes to the worst you can always take it to a non main dealer as a straight sale. Won't get what you want, but it's quick and easy. WSSC in Petworth seem to enjoy buying Z4s. Jason at Birds is somebody else I'd talk to too.

None of my business, but always intrigued by panic sales like this. I'd like to think you need the money to start some new business that will lead to me never having to iron a shirt again, or some other great invention. Whatever it is, good luck.

The mrs spotted it last night parked up in the rain - she's a big fan of the colour, but with 2 Z4s on the drive already buying another one seems a bit excessive.

Have you tried ebay? Trying to sell the Red Zed earlier this year we had no joy from Autotrader nor Pistonheads, but a mate swears by ebay - but might be more focussed on the lower end of the market?

Nice car, I'd be weeping to let it go

The price guides are all over the place on this one so it's a matter of pitching against similar examples for sale and finding someone (anyone) in the market at the moment. On that basis your price can't be far out, the £8k worth of toys make it stand out and a buyer will get them for next to nothing against similar examples for sale at the moment.

If I was looking at buying a new one I'd honestly buy yours instead, extend the warranty and save myself £23k on the purchase price plus the depreciation at resale.

It might be worth getting some finance quote examples against your car, particulaly on used car PCP as the numbers could look quite tempting as examples of what might be available (not making an offer or a quote) to put in an advert.

Good luck
